Summary0028254: General: [GMS2] Rotating an odd numbered sprite around an even numbered center causes issues
DescriptionIf you rotate an odd-numbered pixel width and height sprite around its even-numbered centred origin it will spin off centre.

Eg: I created a 49x49 pixel sprite with an edge-to-edge filled circle inside and an origin of 24,24. I drew a 51x51 pixel square around the circle on the same origin. As the circle rotates it exceeds the upper and left boundaries of the square. Adding a pixel to x and y simply shifts the issue to the lower and right boundaries.
