Summary0027400: Saving: Sound files are kept if you delete a sound whilst it's playing
DescriptionAs the title states if I create a sound resource, add in a sound, start playing it, then delete the sound it will stop playing the sound but then when you go to the sounds folder for your project you will see the sound file is still there.

If you then create a sound resource with the same name and save your project then close and reopen the sound resource it will now play the sound that is in place.

In some other situations if you rename it to something else, add in a sound, play that and then delete it. If you create a sound resource and now try rename to that you'll never succeed, it will always resort back to the current name.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a sound
2) Load in a sound
3) Play it
4) Delete the sound
5) Go to the sound on disk
6) See that this hasn't deleted the sound
7) Create another sound
8) Save your project
9) Close and reopen your sound
10) See that your original sound is now playable
