Summary0026830: Room Editor: Current tool for tile editing is a clickable button, but this breaks the icon shown and gives white square
DescriptionWithin the Room Editor, the menubar current tool for tile editing is a clickable button, but clicking this breaks the icon shown and just gives a white square instead of the correct icon.

Expected: Really, I can't see why we have this duplicated icon anyway, and I'd suggest we remove it. However, it doesn't need to be a button and clicking it definitely shouldn't make the icon break.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start GMS2 and create a project.
2. Open room0 and add in a tile layer.
3. Click the single tool button shown next to "Tool" (see the screenshot).
4. Observe its icon breaks.

Probably don't need to have the "current tool" part there when it highlights on the rooms toolbar as well.
