|Description||Disconnecting and reconnecting a PS4 gamepad crashes games on Windows - regardless of if the pad was connected already when running the game or if it was only first connected at runtime.|
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Start any project for Windows VM/YYC.|
2. Plug in a PS4 pad. Wait a few seconds while it initialises, etc.
3. Disconnect the pad. Wait a few seconds.
4. Reconnect the pad.
5. Observe the game immediately crashes.
Swap the order of steps 1 and 2, then repeat all steps.
