Summary0026076: Remote Worker: Needs to check if there is a newer version, prompt the user to reinstall it from the runtime if so
DescriptionAt current the remote worker won't check to see if there is a newer version and as we don't do any automatic installation of the remote worker the user has to manually do this. Ideally if you start the remote worker it will do a comparison of its version versus the version of the latest runtime and if there is an update show a warning on the start page which says that they should run the runtime installer again.
Steps To Reproduce1) Download runtime 499
2) Install the remote worker from this runtime
3) Run it
4) See that it doesn't do any update checking even though runtime 500 exists

The remote worker does do this, but it's not tied to the runtime version, it's tied to changes in the remote worker itself.
