Summary	0025803: Suggestion: UWP: Ability to toggle maximize/exit fullscreen mode buttons being shown to players
Description	Using the Windows UWP Module, Is there a way to get rid/disable the maximize button in the top-right part of the game window? (See image "Maximize.png"). Likewise, is there a way to disable the exit full screen button that comes out on the bar when you close the cursor to the top section of the window? (See image "Exit_fullscreen.png")
