Summary0025472: Resource Tree: Alt+LMB only works for selections made in secondary resource tree if one exists, not primary/currently selected
DescriptionIf I have more than two resource windows opened, painting with selected object option (Alt+LMB) takes object from the most-recently-opened resource window, instead of the currently-selected one.

The first resource window is completely ignored by the room editor.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a project
2) Open another Resources window
3) Create two objects
4) Create two sprites
5) Color the two sprites
6) Assign the sprites to objects
7) Open the room
8) Select an object on the first resources window
9) Whilst on the instance layer press Alt + LMB
10) See that nothing gets selected
11) On the second resources window select an object
12) See that you can now paint
