Summary0025371: HTML5: audio_sound_get_track_position() not affected by audio_sound_pitch() value
DescriptionIn Windows, audio_sound_get_track_position() will give the position of the currently playing sound, which varies if the sound is sped up or slowed down using audio_sound_pitch().

In HTML5, audio_sound_get_track_position() will give the position of the sound as if no changes were made to the audio's speed.
Steps To ReproduceRun the attached .gmz
Set target as Windows
Notice that the on screen value hits an integer value at the first and third beat
Press Z, X or C buttons to change the current pitch of the audio. (audio_sound_pitch)
Notice that the first and third beat still match with integer values.
Set target to HTML5
Notice that the on screen value hits an integer value at the first and third beat
Press Z, X or C buttons to change the current pitch of the audio.
Notice that the number on screen is no longer tied to the audio's play speed.

track position now updates correctly after pitch changes; also updated to allow pitch change on paused sound ( as in native runner)
