Summary0024738: Tile Set Editor: Selecting a brush in the room doesn't indicate selection also affects the brush builder
DescriptionWhen trying some tile stuff last night I made a tile layer in my room and selected a brush to paint stuff with, I went back to my tile set editor to try and create another brush to find out I couldn't.

Turns out that when you've selected a brush inside the brushes tab within the room editor we don't show a selection box or anything in the brush builder to signify that we can only paint in this selection of the brush area, didn't even think these two gadgets would use the same selection area as they are in two different editors.

Expected would be that what you select in your brushes area in the room editor has no effect on the brush builder in your tile set editor so that users can create more brushes for their room without having to manually unselect a brush each time.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a project
2) Create a tile set
3) Create a sprite
4) Add some color so you can see what you're tiling
5) Assign the sprite to the tileset
6) Create a brush of any shape
7) Within your room add in a tile layer
8) Under the brushes tab select the brush you just made
9) Go back to the brush builder in the tile set editor
10) See that there is no selection box and you can only change the tiles within the selection of the current brush
11) Unselect the brush in the brushes tab
12) See that you can now create more brushes
