|Summary||0022512: Room Editor: Move tile tools into tile panel, rather than hovering at the top|
|Description||A lot of the tools for adding tiles in the Room Editor are very similar to those available in the Image Editor. The Image Editor has these tools in a toolbox in the right-hand panel, but the Room Editor has these tools in a toolbar at the top of the screen.|
I think it would be more intuitive for new users if the tools were in the right-hand panel with the rest of the tile options. It took me a long time to even realise the tools existed, because I did not see them in the top panel, and expected to be able to do everything to do with tiles in the right-hand tile panel. Also, it would be easier for experienced users, as they would not need to move the mouse as far to select the tools when dealing with tiles (there are no keyboard shortcuts at the moment http://bugs.yoyogames.com/view.php?id=22505 ).
Moving these tools to the right-hand panel would make the Room Editor behave in a way that is consistent with the way both the Brush Builder in the Tileset Editor, and the Image Editor deals with similar toolboxes.
