Summary0021594: Image Editor: Polygon Tool causes significant FPS drop with large brushes
DescriptionUsing a large brush (300x300+) causes massive FPS drops after only two or three points.

FPS drops to around 0.3fps with 8 points on a large brush.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create/Open a 2016 project.
2. Create/Open a sprite.
3. Open the Image Editor.
4. Enable the Debug Info view
5. Create a large brush.
6. Select the Polygon Tool.
7. Draw Polygon points.
8. Observe significant FPS drop.

Moving to 2.1 suggestions. This is as designed - using the CPU to render much of the image editor. In 2.1 we should probably have a sparse drawing mode.
