Still reproduced in 1.4.1757. Note that ds_map_write also behaves differently, it outputs plain text. So maybe ds_map_read is expecting the old method?

Small fix for "basic" ds_map_read and json files added. Will not go to an INI as JSON has lots of issues for this. However, ds_map_write can be used, and the filename saved to the INI file instead.

A larger fix (moving to the windows ds_map_write format) will come some time in the future.

This is already fixed in gitlab together with other oddities related to storing JSON structures inside INI keys.

Mass-closing some super-old resolves. Will add them as new issues with fresh info if they are reported again.
