Summary0028857: Saving: Using "Add Existing" for a script doesn't actually save the imported script, lost when project is next loaded
DescriptionIf you use 'Add Existing' in the Resource Tree and select a script resource, when you next open that project the script you imported will have become corrupted, showing as <undefined> in the Resource Tree.

It also pops up an error on loading the project saying that <Undefined> has been used twice.

Steps To Reproduce1. Open 1.x
2. Add Existing a Script.
3. Save the project.
4. Close the IDE.
5. Reopen that project.
6. Observe error message, and <undefined> resource.
