Summary0023672: Lots of unexpected results with Audio in HTML5
DescriptionAs I was debugging my audio extension, I noticed a lot of unexpected results with Audio in HTML5

Check the attached GMZ in HTML5 and you'll notice the following problems:

- The sounds seem like it is coming only from the right speaker, the default listener position seems wrong
- In the first room, setting the sound/emitter pitch does not work for some reason
- Second room, the music stops playing
- In the final 3D Sound room, the sound just stops working
- There is a console error sometimes that says "undefined:1 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.", also occurring if you do a refresh of the tab to reload the game and sounds fail to play
- When a lot of sounds are playing and you focus another tab, the sounds keep their state(?) and play all together often resulting in "RIP headphones users" (I'd personally like to handle this myself, that's why I implemented the suspend functionality in my extension)

Chrome does not 100% perfectly match Firefox but these are now all working for me. I was not able to reproduce the last issue in any browser though, not sure if that's gone away with browser changes or what...
