Summary0018419: Functions: Buffers behaving weirdly
DescriptionThe buffers have nulls after every character and then 2 unnecessary nulls at the end, when they don't on the Windows target. It makes strings unreadable on my Node.js server.
Steps To Reproduce1) Test the project on Windows Target to see the desired results for each test
2) Test the project on HTML5 Target to see that the above issue is happening.

The actual bug here is that the string and/or text values are not getting written into the buffer as UTF8 they are just written as U16 values
