Description:
we bought 8.1, installed it onto one desktop in our school network, it
works fine as domain administrator but it wont run as domain users.

is this a bug or designed that way?
is there any work-around? it is not permission issue, as i have tried
changing the installation path to C:\Program Files and given permission to
users to full access this path, still the same problem.
