Summary0023894: Room Editor: Non-English versions of Windows will cause an error when resizing objects
DescriptionAn error appeared when resizing an object in the room editor using the object resize handles.

If a user attempts to drag and resize an instance of an object within a room, they will be shown the error " '<Value>' is not a valid floating point value."

This has recently been seen by Norwegian and Finnish users.
Steps To ReproduceHave a non-English installation of Windows
Open a project with an object in a room
Resize the instance in the room using the resize handles
Notice the error that comes up
