0003767: "News" section uses I.E. instead of Default Browser.

Description

When clicking links in the "News" section in HTML5 or clicking news links in GM8.1 opens up Internet Explorer instead of the default user-preferred browser.

BUT clicking "More Tutorials", "Website", "Forum", "Wiki", "Release Notes" and "Report a bug" all use the Default Browser.

Might cause annoyances for those users who prefer NOT to use IE (like myself), or also will cause users not to be able to retrieve needed information from YYG if IE is borked (while using a different, clean, 100% functioning Default Browser).

Steps To Reproduce

In HTML5 : Click the "NEWS" tab -> click any link.

In GM8.1 : Help -> News... -> Click any link.
